Please keep this date in mind. It is our next hurdle to clear with the Ouray County. We are on the agenda for the Ouray Board of County Commissioners meeting at 1:30pm. Here they will either accept, deny, or table our request for a change to the zoning code. We have requested that they add the term and definition “Assisted Living Residence” to their zoning code. Once that change is made we can make the next step and apply for our special use permit.

Pleased to meet you all at Raleigh’s WBC conference …ladies ! As you might recall … , i told you about a cpl of very old horse drawn carriages that belonged to a ” Mr. Tom Walsh ” who owned the camp bird mines prior to 1904 when sold to brittish investors ! Just a thought …. that ” The Walshes carriages … , ( i have Mrs Walshes original fringe top surrey along with their Landau carriage ) ….just might be of intrest & value to the history of Ouray Co. & also a vantage to your endevors to build this facility to assist other burn survivors in their journey’s !!! ( awfull long sentences lol ) I also have been on this journey with ” The LORD’S ” help now 24 yrs as a burn survivor & phoenix supporter …seeing genuine needs … born of faith & trial beyond mosts comprehentions ! ” He’s an Awesome GOD ” !
